   How do I make it working? it stays in a black screen for hours

   You need to have Japanese local setting to avoid the infinite loading.
   It’s like that for many Japanese game.

   Normally, just changing your ‘Unicode’ setting under “regional setting” should be enough (if you don’t want to change the setting, you can use software like NTLE or LE – Local Emulator – to emulate JP local setting … But you’ll still need the asian language pack installed for it to work).

   A few game require in addition you to actually change your timezone to JP one (both Unicode and Timezone change DO NOT require to reboot the computer, so it’s easy).
